Reinforced concrete slab design.

The in - situ slab designs is done in a economical manner  to obtain a balance between strength and cost is a which is always a concern. But with experience we know the methods to be efficient in the design of slabs, with more than a 1000 designs done to date which includes first floor and roof slabs. A certificate is issued for each slab after construction is finished.

Raft and strip foundations

We do our raft designs for clay material and the depth and widths of our beams results in maximum strenght without a unecessary large concrete quantity wich helps with the cost of a  project. Strip foundations is done for materials with a higher bearing capacity and depending on the in-situ materials the reinforcement is done accordingly.

Steel structures

Warehouse and steel structures designs is done with a complete set of shop drawings.

Construction

 

To be involved with the construction as well as the design of our projects is ideal although we do design only if a contractor is already in place.
